We are excited to introduce the new convenient way to report your students’ absences through your Infinite Campus parent portal. The Absence Request portal a relatively new feature in your parent portal and is the preferred method for reporting your student’s absence.

This tool allows parents and guardians to report your student’s absences in just a few clicks using your desktop computer or mobile app. Follow these simple steps:

          1. Log in  to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.
          2. Navigate to the Absence Request Portal – Located under the More menu bar or on your Home Page towards the bottom under Quick Links.
          3. Select the checkbox next to your child’s profile.
          4. Select Full Day, Arriving Late or Leaving Early.
          5. If Arriving Late or Leaving Early select the time.
          6. Select an Absence Excuse.
          7. Leave a short description in the comments.
          8. Submit your request.

Students who know they will be absent for a reason other than a school-sponsored trip or school-sponsored activity must have a parent notify the school using the Absence Request portal. View our Attendance Protocol document which states our attendance expectations for absences.
