Southeast Polk uses an online registration (OLR) to register students. We ask that you complete the OLR as soon as possible to allow our staff to complete the placement process in a timely manner.
Please register/update ALL students in your family when registering your kindergartner.

If you are a NEW family in the district, you are required to show proof of birthdate and address verification. Please upload these documents during your online registration process. These documents must be uploaded before you click submit. Having all required paperwork — proof of residency, proof of birthdate, health physical, and immunization records will allow us to approve your registration more quickly. Students won’t be allowed to start school without these required documents.

Will there be Kindergarten Information Sessions (previously called Kindergarten Round-up) this year?
A: Yes, we are in the process of organizing the dates for Kindergarten Information Sessions. Typically, they are held in March/April. Look for information coming soon.
I don’t have all the required documentation. Can I still submit my child’s registration?
A: We would prefer that you submit all documentation at the time of registration to help ensure critical forms are all in place before school starts, however, if you are missing a document, you may submit your registration and then send your documents as soon as possible to district_registrar@southeastpolk.org
