RISE Class Drops New Podcast!

Our high school RISE Class has released the latest episode of their On the Rise podcast! Check it out below!

Rise is one of our Work Based Learning courses for upperclassmen. The students work with local companies (like Prairie Meadows) and organizations (like the Altoona and Pleasant Hill Chambers of Commerce), providing great networking opportunities and authentic firsthand business experience in the real world. By getting this experience in high school, they have a better idea of which direction they may want to take in college.

In this On the Rise episode:

• Watch the fun reactions of several Southeast Polk High School teachers when the class requests their signatures
• Get to know more about student-athletes from our SEP girls basketball, boys basketball, cheer, girls wrestling and boys wrestling teams
• Check out an intense competition between SEP Wrestling and SEP Basketball
• Hear which music artists made the top artist of the year on SEP students’ Spotify
