Spring Creek is celebrating Nation Skilled Trades Day with their annual Spring Creek Build Day. First, Turner Construction spoke with all of the students about careers in the trades. Then students were put into groups, given limited supplies, specific specifications and even experienced “weather delays” as they built their businesses from the ground up. They named their businesses, created how to market their businesses and then built the buildings using cardboard, tape, pipe cleaners and other random items.

Judges will determine one project from each classroom that will be in the running for the top 5 Best Builds. The overall winner will be announced later today! Go to Spring Creek’s social media to see who won!
