Southeast Polk Dollars for Scholars awarded over $229,000 in scholarships to our SEP Seniors at last night’s annual event.
The Southeast Polk Dollars for Scholars Foundation, as well as hundreds of businesses, families, and organizations in the Southeast Polk area make these scholarships possible each year.
Joann Moeller, Southeast Polk Dollars for Scholars board president shared,
“We are so proud of our Southeast Polk community and of our graduating seniors,” said Joanne Moeller, Southeast Polk Dollars for Scholars’ board president. “Many of our contributors are Southeast Polk graduates and past Dollars for Scholars recipients themselves. How inspiring it is to see SEP alumni support today’s seniors!”
SEP Dollars for Scholars has been awarding scholarships since 2001. The organization’s mission is to provide financial scholarships to our grads who wish to further their education. Whether the goal is to attend a trade school, junior college, business education, university, or join an apprentice program, the foundation supported by a strong endowment fund, helps these young people pursue their educational objectives.
