SEP Fall Activities Information for Nov. 15th – 17th, 2024

Fall Musical: Friday-Sunday (Nov. 15-17)

The Fall Musical this year is The Addams Family. Performances will be held at the SEP High School Auditorium this Friday & Saturday @ 7 pm and Sunday @ 1:30 pm. Tickets are just $6 for students and $12 for adults. Purchase tickets online at https://www.vancoevents.com/us/eventlist/southeastpolktickets or with a credit/debit card at the door.

Girls State Swim & Dive: Friday & Saturday (Nov. 15 &16)

Southeast Polk Girls Swimmers and Divers will compete in the State Meet this Friday and Saturday! The meet will be held at the Marshalltown YMCA. The meet schedule is as follows:

• Swimming Preliminary Meet: Friday @ 11 am
• Diving Finals: Friday @ 4:30 pm
• Swimming Finals: Saturday @ noon

Tickets will be available at https://www.gobound.com/ia/ighsau/gsw/2024-25/tickets. Tickets are $15 per session.

Semi Finals State Football: Friday (Nov. 15)

The SEP Rams football team will take on Iowa City Liberty in the semi-final game at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls this Friday @ 7 pm.

• Tickets are $12.50 each ($10 per ticket + $2.50 fee per ticket).
• There are two ways to purchase tickets:
  • Online at https://unitix.evenue.net/promotions/event/UEC25/HS1115/IHSAASF3
  • In-person at the UNI-Dome ticket window.
• Students may receive a $5 discount per ticket. Check for the code sent to you via email.
  • Please note that this code is to be used by students only.
• UNI has implemented a clear bag policy for all events at the UNI-Dome.
  • Clear bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that do not exceed a 12 x 6 x 12-inch size will be permitted, as well as one-gallon, resealable, clear plastic storage bags. Small bags that are not clear but do not exceed a size 4.5 x 6.5 inches will also be allowed. UNI branded clear bags can be purchased at the UNI Bookstore.
  • Prohibited bags include purses, backpacks, printed pattern plastic bags, tinted plastic bags, duffle bags, fanny packs, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, large totes, and cases (for cameras, binoculars, etc.). An exception may be made for some prohibited items for medical necessity after proper inspection at the gate.
