The following email was sent to parents of seniors and seniors.
Greetings,
Congratulations to the graduating class of 2022! I congratulate you and your child on their great accomplishment! I also want to make sure that I inform you about your senior’s lunch account balance and your next steps. First off, if your child has a negative lunch balance it MUST be paid. This balance is due before graduation. Payments can be made at RamMall or brought into the High School Main office. If your child has a positive balance left, you have the following options:
1. Transfer the balance to another sibling, relative, friend, etc within the district.
2. Donate the funds and it will be placed towards a child’s account who is in need of assistance.
3. Refund. If this option is selected, the payout will come as a check issued in July.
If you have already contacted or your child’s account balance is $0, you do not need to do anything. If your child has money left in the account we are requesting that you email school.nutrition@southeastpolk.org with your request. Please make sure to include your child’s full name, ID# (if you have it) and a current address if you are requesting a refund and/or the child’s full name to transfer the funds to. As for the negative balance, this must be paid in full.
Please communicate with your student your intentions with the account as well. Their checkout sheet must be signed by a Food & Nutrition Services staff member at the HS and students may be asked at that time as well.
Lastly, if you have auto-replenishment set up for your senior, you will need to deactivate it. You also need to deactivate your low balance reminders if you set any in RamMall and on SchoolCafe. We are not able to deactivate these in your accounts. If you are wondering what your child’s current lunch balance is, you may check their account online (See instructions below).

To check your account balances and add money online to your students’ accounts – You can log into your online payment account or through SchoolCafe.
