Approvals

• The Board approved the consent agenda items.
• The Board approved Ric Powell as the IASB delegate. 
• The Board approved to hold a public hearing on November 19, 2020, to discuss the academic school calendar for the 2021-2022 school year.

Presentations/Discussions:

• Joseph Horton, Assistant Superintendent, provided the Certified Enrollment Update.
• Joseph Horton, Assistant Superintendent, provided this year’s Early Retirement list. 
• Steve Stotts, Altoona Elementary Principal/Calendar Committee Spokesperson, provided the proposed 2021/2020 Academic Calendar.
• Stephen Pettit, High School Principal, provided an update on the High School Program of Studies.
• Kevin Baccam, Executive Director of Business Services, provided an update on the recent bus bids
• Joseph Horton, Assistant Superintendent, provided a proposal for the District Energy Conservation Program.
• Jayson Campbell, High School Activities Director, and Jake Bartels, Jr. High Activities Director, provided a fine arts update
• Dr. Dirk Halupnik, Superintendent, provided his update.
