2020 – 2021 Meal Eligibility Applications are Now Available

Free and Reduced Applications are Available Now! 

Complete and submit the application ONLINE! Don’t hesitate, complete the application today.  Meal applications must be submitted annually.

There are 2 EASY ways to submit!

1. Online from a computer at schoolcafe.com
2. Download the SchoolCafe by PrimeroEdge app for your smart phone. *

If you submitted online last year, your username and password are the same.  If you do not remember use the “Forgot username?” or “Forgot Password?” links on SchoolCafe.

NEW this year- The SEP Nutrition office has open hours to complete the application onsite.  Daily from 8 a.m. – 12 noon, the Nutrition Office is open for individuals to stop in to complete the application. The SEP Nutrition Office is room 145 in the SEP Junior High (8325 NE University Ave).

*We recommend the phone app as the app also allows you to see your child(ren)’s meal purchases, set low balance alerts and set spending limits. You can see instantly what your child(ren)’s meal eligibility is. After you submit, click on Eligibility Info on the left panel.

If you are new to the online submission a few items you will need to help make the process easy and successful:

1. Your child(ren)’s name and date of birth. Helpful information would be your child(ren)’s school ID and the school they will be attending this Fall.  This can be found on your Campus Portal. Most students grade 6 – 12^th know this number as it is their lunch PIN number.
2. You must register for SchoolCafe. Here is step by step instructions to complete your registration.

4. Here is a short 1 ½ minute tutorial on how to complete.

Note: Once you submit the online application, you will receive confirmation as well as your child(ren)’s new eligibility status. Be sure to read the confirmation page. In addition your approval/denial letter will be emailed to you from school.nutrition@southeastpolk.org.  This letter can be accessed at anytime from your SchoolCafe account under Eligibility Info -> Notifications.
